Is AI disabled?

I have printed round 1 letters for 8 initial free clients, and used AI every time, but the letter text is identical except for the client info and records being disputed. Am I missing something?

Same here. I don't see any Metro 2 compliance wording or anything like that.

Oliver Locke this is because they do not have Metro 2 yet. It has been requested. I feel that the Metro 2 is a game changer i have used it in the past with another software vendor and i loved it..
