Some collection accounts weren’t appearing when importing credit reports from Credit Hero Score. We’ve fixed this! Now, these accounts import correctly and display with both the Collection label and the underlying account type, so your records are complete and ready for dispute.
What Changed? 👀
The Account Type field now shows both the collection status and the underlying account type (
e.g., Collection – Installment Loan
). This makes it easier to identify and manage Collection accounts during the dispute process.How can I access this?

We’ve improved the Credit Hero Score registration form to reduce failed payments and verification errors, so your clients can sign up faster, and you can keep things moving.

both a billing and a shipping address
when signing up for Credit Hero Score. The old form only allowed one address, which often led to problems, like declined payments if the billing address didn’t match their card, or verification delays if it didn’t match what's on file with the credit bureaus.This update means

This gives you clear visibility into each client’s initial credit overview, so you can personalize service, streamline onboarding, and turn every audit into a powerful consultation tool.

to the Client Dashboard for clients who signed up through your Self-Service Client Signup Page. No more guessing what your clients saw in their initial audit—you can now see the same scores, negative items, and insights they received.To keep things clear, the “Sign up for $0 today” button is now hidden when clients view their own report—no more confusion about signing up again.
How can I access this?

👀We’ve added a new Transaction Log under CRC Billing to give you full visibility into every payment attempt—all in one place. Quickly search by client name, email, invoice, or transaction number, and see real-time statuses with detailed error messages from the payment gateway (NMI).
You can also view all transactions tied to any invoice, including manual invoice activity, for a complete billing history at your fingertips. All without leaving your Credit Repair Cloud account.
