You can now access the Credit Assessment Report for your self-service signup clients—directly from their profile in the Client Dashboard! This gives you clear visibility into each client’s initial credit overview, so you can personalize service, streamline onboarding, and turn every audit into a powerful consultation tool.
What's changed? 👀
We’ve added a
new Credit Assessment Report link
to the Client Dashboard for clients who signed up through your Self-Service Client Signup Page. No more guessing what your clients saw in their initial audit—you can now see the same scores, negative items, and insights they received.To keep things clear, the “Sign up for $0 today” button is now hidden when clients view their own report—no more confusion about signing up again.
How can I access this?
👇Log in to your Credit Repair Cloud account, go to the Client Dashboard, and click into a profile for any client who signed up through self-service. You’ll see a Credit Assessment Report link—click it to view the full report.

Transaction Log
in Credit Repair Cloud puts all your billing activity in one easy-to-use view—so you can quickly troubleshoot failed payments, respond to client questions, and stay on top of every transaction.What's changed?
👀We’ve added a new Transaction Log under CRC Billing to give you full visibility into every payment attempt—all in one place. Quickly search by client name, email, invoice, or transaction number, and see real-time statuses with detailed error messages from the payment gateway (NMI).
You can also view all transactions tied to any invoice, including manual invoice activity, for a complete billing history at your fingertips. All without leaving your Credit Repair Cloud account.
How can I access this?

Transaction Log to check out your complete transaction history.

You can now accept client signups with no credit card required! Our new Independent Billing Plans make it easy to get started without needing a merchant account, perfect for new or growing credit repair businesses.
What’s New?
👀You can now configure Independent Billing Plans in the Self-Service Client Signup flow, allowing clients to see your pricing and complete signup without entering any credit card info. This means you don’t need a merchant account to start onboarding clients. It’s a simple way to reduce setup friction, increase flexibility, and grow your business faster, especially if you’re just getting started.
How can I access this?

Now you can offer potential clients a free credit assessment during the signup flow—no credit card required! It's a powerful new way to boost engagement and generate more high-quality leads while you sleep.
What’s New?
👀You can now activate a free TransUnion credit assessment step in the Self-Service Client Signup flow. When enabled, leads can get insights into what’s affecting their credit, helping capture attention and prove value upfront. It costs just $1 per lead, deducted from your CloudMail balance. Once completed, the client receives an email with a link to view their results.
Note:
This feature requires Credit Repair Cloud Billing to be turned on and will be skipped if your CloudMail balance runs out. 
How can I access this?
👇Go to My Company → Self-Service Client Signup in your Credit Repair Cloud account. Choose “Billing Plan Options” and toggle on Credit Assessment Tool.

👀We’ve added an option to embed a branded signup button on your website. These buttons can be customized to match your brand’s look and feel with your own text and colors. When clicked, the button opens your Self-Service Client Signup flow in a new tab.
How can I access this?

✨Instead of clients answering a long list of questions to verify their identity, they’ll now get a quick text message with a one-time password to confirm their account. Easy, secure, and hassle-free!

✅ No more digging through your memory for old credit info!
And if they prefer not to use SMS, don’t worry — we’ve got a shorter quiz option now available too, with the original version only as a backup.

How can I access this?
