We’ve added SMS payment reminders for failed Credit Hero Score renewals. These texts are fully compliant, include a secure payment link, and stop automatically once the payment is successful. It’s a faster, more effective way to reduce failed payments and churn—no extra setup needed.

We’ve replaced the open text field for “Report Provider” with a standardized dropdown in the client profile. This fixes the issue where mismatched entries were breaking the “View Credit Hero Score Account” button. Now, CHS access is more reliable than ever, and you’ll see fewer client support issues.
