We’ve improved the Credit Hero Score registration form to reduce failed payments and verification errors, so your clients can sign up faster, and you can keep things moving.
What's changed?
👀Your clients can now enter
both a billing and a shipping address
when signing up for Credit Hero Score. The old form only allowed one address, which often led to problems, like declined payments if the billing address didn’t match their card, or verification delays if it didn’t match what's on file with the credit bureaus.This update means
fewer payment issues, fewer support headaches, and a smoother signup experience
for your clients.How can I access this?
