Clients are not able to enter middle name or suffix when they sign up on the self checkout feature. We need this added.

Why is this important? For one, it saves us time by reviewing license/credit reports and going back to edit their name. If someone is a JR, SR, etc and it's not listed on our disputes, the credit bureaus may not verify their identity and not process disputes, if their full name isn't listed.

What steps should be taken to add this to the self checkout feature?
