- Why is this feature important?
Nothing speaks louder than real results from real people. Having a dedicated testimonial section directly on the landing pages would allow us to highlight successful removals and credit score jumps. It’s about social proof, showing potential clients that we aren’t just promising a service, but consistently delivering results.
- What problems does it cause with your use of our product?
Currently, there isn't a streamlined way to display these "wins" within the ecosystem provided. This forces us to use third-party plugins or manual workarounds on external sites to bridge the trust gap.
- What benefits would you gain from having this feature?
The primary benefit is a significant boost in conversion rates. By having a testimonial section with the ability to show "before and after" snapshots or star ratings, we build instant authority. It transforms the platform from a functional tool into a powerful sales asset. It would save us time on manual marketing and help close the deal with hesitant leads who just need that final nudge of seeing someone else who started in their shoes and came out ahead.
