Us as business owners need a direct phone line to reach someone with Credit Hero Score. Before CHS, we used SmartCredit/Consumer Direct, and affiliates had a direct support line to reach out for help, and they answered within seconds.
With Credit Hero Score, I have called the customer service line (888) 316-7758 over 10 times, over the last two days, and noone answers the phone. Of course we have the affiliae-help@creditheroscore.com email, but let's face it, this can take days to get a response.
I currently have a customer issue, involving credit hero score, and I have noone to speak to, which is causing us to not provide answers to our client. Each time we call, it says all reps are busy. We request a call back, it's not returned. We tried the text chat feature, noone answers. Emailing takes days.
