For years I have had to enter Balance and Open date manually as the dispute reasons because I do not identify the dispute reason per account but within the overall letter. But it is important for better results to add the Balance and Open date of the disputing account so this is always the most tedious part of having to manual alter every letter I produce. We need other options.
