Client highlighted when completely enrolled

When a client comes into the system, they are technically not a "client" until we have everything we need to start. ID, POR, SSC and log in credentials to credit monitoring. It would be nice to identify in the client list who is ready and who is not. Perhaps the client is grey and then turns to a blue color when all steps have been completed. To me this is a much easier way to identify who still needs to complete something. PLUS, we should not have to switch that customer to a different status internally for CRC billing purposes. They are not really a client yet and should not count towards the client total for CRC monthly billing purposes.

Great to hear your perspective, Joe Tonzola! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria or data points should be used to determine when a client is fully enrolled and ready?
- How should the system handle clients who are partially enrolled but not yet ready for billing purposes?
- Are there any specific notifications or alerts you would like to receive when a client transitions from not ready to ready status?

Keenan Jones thank you for the response.
- The crucial things needed would be all documents ID, Proof of Res, Social Security Card, and a fully completed enrollment to the credit monitoring service. Without those factors we cannot technically go to work on a file. The system currently puts everyone into client status as soon as they come in. Everything needs to be switched manually from there to another status back and forth.
- To me the system should identify the customer coming in as a "Lead" until all of the above pieces have been completed. Once those items from number 1 are done then the client should automatically flip to "Client" Maybe they start out all grey and then go to blue once they are completely done setting up the profile.
- The alerts that come in via email that say all onboarding steps for "XYZ Customer" have been completed you may begin working on the "Client" file, are good the way they are in my opinion. The only difference is that completed "client" is sitting in there with a bunch of potentially incomplete "clients".
No way to differentiate the 2 easily. It would actually be nice to filter the incomplete files based on those missing permeameters from number 1. Not by "client status" The client status currently doesn't tell us what's missing. Have to look at each client 1 by 1 to figure this out.
