There should be an automatic Traffic light system on the Client Status. Instead of having to create new statuses and manually change them.

Green, processed in the last 14 days

Yellow between day 15 - 25

Orange between day 26 - 29

Red for 30+

This way it's super clean and simple to see what clients are coming up to date etc.
