I think a glossary with everything listed in one place. Podcast, Trainings ect ect. Put them in ABC order by what they are about so newbies like me can quickly find answers. Some of the people in the group are rude so I don't want to ask anything in there again. Let's say you have a podcast on deleting collections, then a training about it, then free letters about it, ect ect , all listed under 1 name but can be able to click on whatever thing I'm looking for. Hope this makes sense. If CRC already has one, I haven"t found it yet and I need help quick sometimes.
