I am disappointed that CRC does not have a simple way to block affiliate access. Inside the affiliate access it also allows them to see all of the customers the affiliates have sent. I request that Daniel Rosen be notified about this matter. I am sure he would quickly contact IT department for quick fix.
Next, the cloudmail section is completely open and also shows back office paperwork sent out via cloudmail. Once you click "Everything" Tab you will see option to click on "All Cloudmail sent" button. Inside it has the option the click "View" and you can see all of the customers personal documentation. Shows literally everything.
I am requesting to please have my cloudmail history completely deleted or blocked from my end if there is not a way to take off default access.
I am excited to be expanding my business and bring on help but do not feel comfortable allowing them inside CRC software with such easy access to get so much information. I only want to bring on sales people that should only see what they generate. Since we deal with customers personal information this is an extremely important matter to me.
