There needs to be a much more effective way to enroll or even just reinstate credit monitoring or trouble shooting issues. It seems like errors pop up that aren't even the real issues. Payments not going through, sponsor codes not working, errors at the time of enrollment do not give us any clarity to what the real issues are. We have clients we cannot onboard, and the customer service is extremely difficult to get the issues resolved quickly. Especially when trying to switch from an old credit monitoring acct to a new one for a customer we are reengaging with our services.
