When a customer is enrolled in CRC but has not supplied all the documentation it would very beneficial that the task automatically be created inside the task box for the documents to be completed. Once completed it would be great if the task would automatically get cleared out. The process now is very manual. You have to create the task, then once its completed, clear the task. In some cases, the clients have entered their documents at a later date, but the task looks like it hasn't been done which creates some confusion and a manual process once again to sift through all the daily tasks to make sure docs were entered in and then clear the tasks out.
