This could also apply to simply completing the onboarding process in general, in case other documents are needed for some reason.

Currently I do all of my onboarding in person to avoid delays with uploading documents, or the client not knowing what to do if they fail the validation test for credit monitoring. However, this could certainly have its limitations as my business grows.
