I've noticed that even after clients complete their onboarding, essential details such as address, last four digits of Social Security numbers, and date of birth often do not immediately merge on their profile. This necessitates that my staff and I double-check this basic information and sometimes reach out to clients for clarification.
To improve this, I suggest implementing a requirement for clients to provide this fundamental information during onboarding or exploring a way to streamline/merge data collection when they verify their information with Credit Hero Score. This adjustment could save time, minimize repetitive questions and decrease the likelihood of manual data entry errors.
