I noticed that when multiple accounts for the same creditor are added to a dispute, the system only generates a letter for the first account. Previously, all accounts associated with one creditor would be included in a single letter, similar to credit bureau letter templates. This change has increased the number of letters and mailing costs. It would be beneficial to revert to the previous setup where multiple accounts under one creditor could be included in a single letter.
