When returning prospects return to sign up months later, they are not added to the top of our clients list in CRC or added as a new client as of today.

For example, my client submitted his info months ago, but never finished onboarding so he was marked as a prospect. Today on 7/10/26 he signed up and is attempting to complete onboarding, but he's nowhere near the list for sign ups for july.

In fact, if I sort my clients by "first work pending". he doesn't even pop up, because he's under so many clients that are marked as inactive and we'll never know he's awaiting the first round of disputes (this is how I see who's waiting to begin).

Yes the "start date" is accurate, but the "added date" never changes, so we need to be able to fix that.
