Need a bigger text area for secure message area

See attached, it would help a lot, if we can make the text box taller/bigger. As of now, we can only see one text line at a time and scrolling up/down to proofread, before sending a message is very difficult.

What is the typical length of messages you send in the secure message area?
How often do you use the secure message area for communication?
Are there any specific features you would like to see in the message area besides resizing?

Usually about 1-2 paragraphs. (About 5-10 lines)
Pretty often, as we encourage our clients to log into their account.
