Hi everyone!
Good news—you can now bring your own merchant account using an NMI gateway. If you already have a merchant account you love, simply follow these steps to get it integrated:
- Obtain an NMI Gateway Account (Contact your merchant provider and request an NMI gateway account)
- Email Our Support Team (Send an email to Support@CreditRepairCloud.com letting us know you’d like to connect your NMI gateway)
- Our team will finalize the integration so you can start processing payments right away.
As a reminder, once you get started with CRC billing, you'll have access to the self-service sign-up flow as well!
For those who don’t have a merchant account yet, we recommend checking out Five Star Processing or Bank Card USA, as both have great rates and credit-repair-friendly services.
We’re also working on a more seamless Authorize.net integration that will be rolling out soon—stay tuned for updates. As always, thank you for your feedback and patience while we continue to improve your payment processing options!

If there was an easier way my clients could make payments that would be helpful the merchant that is connected to this site does not reach back out... other than than that I love the service

Thank you for posting, Monte Kelley! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific payment methods would you like to see integrated for easier client payments?
- Can you provide more details on the issues faced with the current merchant's responsiveness?
- Are there any specific features or functionalities you would like in a new payment system?

Would love to have the ability to have my merchant integrated into crc so I can use the invoicing functions vs spending unnecessary money for the current setup

Using our own Merchant Account for the new Payment System

I was just informed that I would need to change merchant accounts if I were to switch over the CRC's new billing system. I just switched processors this month. Would it be possible to integrate any merchant processor we choose for this process? It's difficult enough these days getting a merchant account. If I close this one I will need to pay an early termination fee, and I just paid one on my last merchant account. Thanks, Tim.

Hiya Juan Cruz, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features or criteria are you looking for in a merchant service provider?
- Have you faced similar issues with other merchant service providers, or is this unique to Coastal Pay?
- How would having multiple merchant options improve your experience with our service?

Keenan Jones I just need to process payments any merchant would work. Coastal was the only one who told me to deposit money in my account to be approved and they charged $150 and declined my application. We should be able to pick our own merchant, and it made me so upset I started looking at other software that allow other merchants.

Thank you for posting, Yvette Strickland! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you specify which other credit monitoring systems you would like to see integrated?
- What specific features or functionalities are you looking for in an alternative payment collection option?
- Are there any specific issues or limitations you're experiencing with the current payment collection system?
