- Should the phone number field be mandatory or optional for users to fill out?
- Is there a specific format or validation required for the phone number field?
- Would you like the phone number to be included in any specific notifications or reports?

Keenan Jones The phone number field should be mandatory and the format should be (XXX) XXX-XXXX. When I get an email notification that I have a new lead, I would like the lead's name, phone number and email address to be in that email notification (see attached). I would want to include their phone number in this notification.
