Hello, we had to reach out to your support team because we weren't understanding the results we were getting on some of the re-imported reports. I understand that sometimes the system says an account has been deleted when in reality the information on the account has been updated such as new account # or new reported date on the client's credit report. This caused a lot of confusion as the account showed deleted. We would like to request the system to accurately label the updated changes such as: Account number updated instead of deleted. A deleted account should only be when the account has been removed from the client's credit.
