Just another example of needing to convert everything to jpg files for their software- can't think of any reason why pdf files wouldn't work except the company doesn't want to pay for the adobe license

- I combine the client’s drivers license and utility bill into a single file.
- I upload word documents for each new client after they upload their verification documents.
- It’s just more convenient because I print my letters from word. I don’t batch print as a PDF. I wish batch print could be done in word. I format my letters a certain way.
I thought the issue was resolved with downloading the verification document, but if you review Brittani Curry’s documents you can see that something has been uploaded, but there is no option to download it.

Great to hear your perspective, Terah Thomas! Following up on this:
- Can you provide more details about the types of verification documents you typically upload as Word documents?
- How frequently do you need to upload Word documents for verification?
- Are there specific features in Word documents that you utilize for these verification documents that are not available or as convenient in PNG or PDF formats?
