Due to MASTER CARD/VISA charge back requirements and ATTORNEY GENERAL requirements. We absolutely 1000% need our clients to initial each page of our contracts. Additionally the attorney general for licensing purposes requires a break between the information request pages, as well as the cancelation form. We have to have clients sign each of these pages by law. Please update the system to allow multiple signatures and initials, or business as we know it will be completely gone. We are loosing our chargeback claims, and license renewal is on hold due to the software restrictions. Thank you.

The signature page has to be with the page that has some of the agreement on it. Because the signature page is on it’s own they don’t count it and we will lose every chargeback. They also mentioned initials on each page.
