Hey Account Manager, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What additional status options would you like to have available on the client portal?
- How frequently do you need to change the status from client to prospect?
- What impact does the current limitation have on your workflow or business operations?

Keenan Jones I use the status quite frequently my reason is to change the memo. Now it’s old memos. Another reason is to see old prospects report but when you are on prospect you can’t check the dispute portal unless it’s a client status and you have to log in again to go to the dispute details. I like how we can create custom color and create our own status. No need to create on your end when it lets us create our own on our end. Also if it’s on prospect client can’t sign. It’s still a prospect till they sign. Maybe change it where clients can at least log into and sign agreement on any status, because that’s a good thing cuz if they can’t get in they will have another thought and just not sign up with us. So every opportunity for them to sign agreement is good no matter the status. We also change it a lot because of monthly payementa we have with the client, if payment doesn’t go through we suspend status
