this is a nuisance that we can't switch a client from ex: identity iq to smart credit and also that you PUSH credit hero. we should be able to easily switch companies for our clients as needed

100%, sometimes a customer decides to switch credit monitoring providers and it is a pain to create a entire new profile for the customer, if they decided to switch or reactivate their CRC account months later, but want to use a different credit monitoring provider.

Exactly i feel like now that they push credit hero suddenly all of our IDIQ reports are breaking! and now they say not recommended to use IDENTITY IQ!
