TinyMCE is in read-only mode?

I recently received a notice that TinyMCE is in read only mode, which basically means I no longer can edit my letters online. Can someone help me with a fix on this?

Apologies for the inconvenience, this issue has been resolved and we are working on putting systems in place so this doesn't happen again.

Just spoke with my IT Tech, yes this issue is with CRC, so hopefully they are on it. It looks like the exceeded the limits of their TinyMCE license. Unfortunately, this makes editing letters in the software near impossible...

Looks like TinyMCE is a 3rd party widget that CRC pays to use on this software. It seems CRC's developer license has exceeded the limit of uses for that notes box to load.
