It would be beneficial to have a built-in field in Credit Repair Cloud that records the date the most recent dispute letters were generated or sent. This would help our AI system track processing cycles and determine when a client is ready for the next round of disputes.

CRC software has a follow-up reminder for each dispute letter and other tasks. It can be set to 15 days, 30 days or whatever the appropriate time frame would be.
