Occasionally, USPS delivers the certified letters to the end-client's address, as opposed to the intended delivery address (usually Experian).
This is due to poor address placement on the letters, according to the post office themselves (please see attachment).
This is causing letters to go undelivered and delaying the client's credit repair process. It also costs the CRO more money to send out the letter again.
The benefits of adding clearer labels to the certified mail slip would be a reduction undelivered letters and it would add some accountability to USPS.
