We should be able to mark task complete ourselves. If you manually import ID Docs it shows it wasnt completed

Hope you're doing well. We actually do have a few options today for allowing you to remove a task from secure client access or mark a document as received. Please see the screenshots I've attached. Would these accomplish what you're trying to achieve, or is there something else you're trying to achieve?
