Many people randomly submit their information on the website over night and think they are done. It would really help if the client can upload their docs, sign agreement (based on the payment plan they select) and complete credit monitoring throughout the initial online sign up process on the website and allow them to fully create their portal, without waiting for us to send the work tasks.
There has been many times a customer will sign up on the website after business hours and by the time we're awake the next work day, the client changes their mind, doesn't respond or simply don't check their email to complete the enrollment.
Signing up should be a 1 step process and be easier for the client and the CRO.

Some potential clients would consider a 1 step enrollment process to be a great idea. Others would still prefer to have someone reach out to them after they make their initial contact. It would also be good to know whether the client has proper expectations, and ensure that their goals and objectives are compatible with the services that are being provided before signing their contract.
It's possible that the "impatient" people simply weren't fully committed to the process to begin with. However, the option for a 1 step process could still work well for others.
