Keenan Jones Hello! It's great to see that this feature request is in progress. Since several items were mentioned, if you could please clarify specifically what's being worked on, that would be very helpful. Allowing clients to upload their SS card during onboarding? Allowing clients to upload correspondence from the credit bureaus during the credit repair process? Is CRC integrating AnnualCreditReport.com into our process? A few more details would be very helpful. Thanks!

Keenan Jones Keep in mind, onboarding should be quick as possible! Just allow full SSN at sign up, instead of uploading the SSN (that majority of people have to go home and dig for it). I'm afraid having SSN card as a task won't fix the problem of CRC only allowing the last 4 SSN digits on dispute letters. The full SSN will help majority of the "stall letters" being sent.

Christopher Stirgus We are working to bring back full SSN everywhere. This will be coming soon.

Michele Berry Nunez We are working on adding a client-onboarding task to allow uploading a photo of a SSN card (or an alternative document for confirming SSN).

Christopher Stirgus Hello, a while back in the Facebook group, someone recommended sending a copy of the SS card along with the other required documents. When I started doing this, then I stopped receiving stall letters. If you could please clarify whether you're avoiding stall letters by including the full SSN, without sending a copy of the SS card, it would be greatly appreciated.

Keenan Jones Thanks for the clarification.

Michele Berry Nunez We use power of attorney/authorization forms, however- even with those, they can be 50/50 on stall letters. I spoken with 2 different representatives and they've stated they may still reject the dispute by 3rd party, if the full SSN isn't listed (with the client's authorization).

Christopher Stirgus Thanks for your reply. After providing the social security card and/or social security number, stall letter should be at a minimum. That's great to know!

Uploading Initial Documents

Please allow the client to upload their own Social Security card at the same time that they upload their ID and proof of address (utility bill, etc). When I send in their 1st round I have to send their Social Security card in with the letters. I'm not sure why this was not an automatic document for the client to upload from the beginning anyway. So please integrate that.
Also, can you include an "Upload Documents" section in the client portal where they can upload documents there that would come directly to me? Each round when the client receive letters from the credit bureaus they have to send it to us anyway. Right now I have my clients to email it to me then I have to sort through my emails to find the right one for that client. I feel this is the best way for us to receive all of their correspondence that they are receiving from the credit bureaus and it would be right in their portal, no sorting my email trying to find which email is theirs. Also, most credit monitoring systems even Credit Hero Score, they do not show all of the accounts the person have and it does not show all of the inaccurate names and addresses that the person really have. I normally have my clients to email me a copy of their credit report from annualcreditreport.com so I can see what extra stuff is on there that I would need to dispute that did not come up on the credit monitoring services. It would be nice for the client to be able to upload their credit reports and all documents that they receive in the mail that needs to turned over to us, they can upload them right into their portal and we can retrieve it from there.
Also, I know Credit Hero Score is your credit monitoring service that is intergrated into our CRC system which that is working great and it eleviates us having to ask the customer for their username and password from other monitoring services and the errors that may come about. However, Credit Hero Score and the others do not give everything that is actually on the clients credit report. I have had clients that when I have them to pull a full credit report from annualcreditreport.com I see they have at least 5 or so name variations, 7 or 8 addresses, several work history jobs that did not come up on Credit Hero Score but it's on their real credit report. So how can we dispute the ones that are on annualcreditreport but did not come up on Credit Hero Score and all of the other montoring services? I know we want all CRC Owners to use Credit Hero Score which that's my "GoTo" for my clients, yet at the same time, it's not giving us all that we need and making more work for us. So what I'm asking, is there a way that annualcreditreport can be integrated into our system where the information to dispute comes from annualcreditreport.com and our client can still sign up for Credit Hero score for the benefit of getting their scores?
I look forward to hearing from you. Thank You!

Great to hear your perspective, Michelle Anderson! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more details on the type of documents your clients typically need to upload, apart from the Social Security card and credit reports?
- Could you elaborate on the challenges faced when the client's credit report from annualcreditreport.com shows additional information not present in Credit Hero Score?
- Could you provide more insight into how you envision the integration of annualcreditreport.com into our system?

Keenan Jones It would be great to be able to scan/upload letters and other documents into the client's portal. The credit bureaus will send correspondence directly to the credit repair company if the client signs a Limited Power Of Attorney or some other document that can be submitted with the 1st round, proving that the CRO is authorized to act on the client's behalf. In the dispute letter, the CRO should include the proper wording indicating that they are acting on the client's behalf, and request to have all correspondence sent to their office, which would be indicated in the return address (instead of the client's home address). Then the CRO could upload each reply, which is usually more reliable than waiting for clients to upload them. A lot of CRO'S in the FB group send in a Limited Power of Attorney or some other signed authorization to streamline their process. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO SUBMIT ANOTHER FEATURE REQUEST FOR THIS, THANKS!

-To meet our onboarding requirements, we must ensure that clients can submit 3 forms of identification, not just two. Presently, the CRC doesn't support the upload of a third form of ID during enrollment. It's crucial to enable this feature to accommodate all formats, not limited solely to image uploads.

Hello,
I'd like to have my clients able to upload their SSN card during their onboarding process in their portal. How can we implement that as one of the criteria?
Thanks
